SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. Please contact customer service before placing orders to be shipped Express (Overnight, 2 day), to ensure product is in stock.

      • Limitations & Restrictions

Orders shipped by Ground (FedEx/UPS), to residential addresses will be delivered without a signature requirement unless the total dollar amount exceeds $250. If signature is required for residential delivery, contact HomePro sales. Additional charges will apply for signature requirement at residential addresses. Customers must ensure that deliveries will be able to be delivered to a secure location. For residential deliveries to apartments/condos or other unsecure delivery sites, customers should consider alternate delivery destination. HomePro will not be responsible for packages delivered to unreliable delivery sites. Indirect signature is service default for shipments to business/commercial addresses. If direct signature is required, please contact Floor Care Sales dept. Additional shipping charges will apply. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (MST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery. FedEx will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. USPS must be selected as shipping method for PO Box delivery. 

    • Return Policy 

      New/Unused products may be returned within 30 days from original purchase date, in original packaging for refund only when accompanied by a return authorization # (or RA#). A RA# may be obtained by emailing customerservice@floorcarecompany.com. Orders returned without a valid RA# will not be eligible for refund and sender assumes risk of lost goods and/or incur a restocking fee. A restocking fee may also be charged for special ordered items. The restocking fee will be determined at the time of Return Authorization and finalized upon the return of product. Any RMA not returned within 90 days will be subject to in store credit only. Any customer damaged, previously installed, or otherwise used items (including original manufacturer packaging) are not eligible for return.

    • **Shipping will be charged retroactively if items purchased using a Free Shipping Promo are returned (both directions). Please allow 10-14 days for refund processing from the receipt of returned item. **
